How to verify my Identity?

After registration, consumers need to go through identity and address verification process. The following steps are required for consumer identity verification :

1. In front of the verification, customer needs to complete the questionnaire and answer the questions based on their personal situation.
2. Consumer needs to upload ID documents and residence proof.
3. The ID documents are required for all the customers.
   1. If the customer is citizen of UK/EEA, he/she needs to provide one of the following:
      1. Passport or national ID
      2. Proof of address
   2. If the customer is not citizen of UK/EEA, he/she needs to provide 2 documents:
      1. Passport
      2. Legal residence permit
      3. Proof of address
4. Wallet will obtain the information and show Name, Birth date, nationality to the customer. After customer confirms, it can move forward to start address verification.
5. After confirming the personal information, customer also needs to upload the documents for address verification.
   1. Utility bill from last three months
   2. bank statements from last three months
