How to verify business?

As merchant, they needs to verify business before opening an account.

Here are the steps they needs to follow:

  1. Enter Business information: Merchant needs to enter company name, registration number, year of establishment, industry, website, etc.
  2. Upload Business documents: Merchants are required to upload the following documents:
    1. Certificate of incorporation
    2. Memorandum of association
    3. Register of Director
    4. Register of Shareholder
    5. Utility Bill, Bank Statement or Lease contract + Proof of payment for Operating address verification
  3. Director/shareholder ID and Address verification
    1. Company directors and shareholders with more than 10% shares will need to run the ID and Address verification such as the consumers except that they don't need to register the biometric information.
    2. Company representative will need to upload ID document in order to get verified for login.
  4. Questionnaire: In the end of the business verification, merchants need to answer some questions in order to offer more information to us for the business verification.

After all the steps are complete, BIEASES compliance team will review the company and decide if the business will pass the verification in order to open an account.
