Prohibited Products and Services

The following categories of products and services are strictly prohibited from being sold, advertised, or promoted through BIEASES Marketplace:

1. Illegal Goods and Services

  • Any products or services that are illegal under UK, EEA, or applicable local laws
  • Counterfeit goods, including fake designer items, replicas, or knockoffs (violates Trade Marks Act 1994, EU Trademark Regulation)
  • Stolen goods or services
  • Items that infringe on intellectual property rights (Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988)
  • Parallel imports without proper authorization
  • Products with false CE or UKCA markings
  • Goods that violate import/export restrictions

2. Weapons and Explosives

  • Firearms, ammunition, and weapon accessories (Firearms Act 1968)
  • Explosives, fireworks without proper licensing (Fireworks Regulations 2004)
  • Knives and bladed weapons (with certain exceptions for culinary purposes, subject to Offensive Weapons Act 2019)
  • Weapon-making components or instructions
  • Stun guns, tasers, or other prohibited weapons
  • CS gas, pepper spray, or similar substances
  • Crossbows (age-restricted)

3. Drugs and Controlled Substances

  • Illegal drugs and narcotics (Misuse of Drugs Act 1971)
  • Prescription medications without proper authorization
  • Drug paraphernalia
  • Substances that mimic illegal drugs (Psychoactive Substances Act 2016)
  • Anabolic steroids without prescription
  • Performance-enhancing drugs
  • Cannabis products (unless legally authorized)
  • New psychoactive substances (NPS)

4. Adult Content and Services

  • Pornographic materials or adult content
  • Sexual services or escort services
  • Adult entertainment products or services
  • Materials harmful to minors (Online Safety Act 2023)

5. Tobacco and Vaping Products

  • Cigarettes, cigars, and other tobacco products (Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016)
  • E-cigarettes, vaping devices, and vaping liquids

6. Alcohol Products

Note: Alcohol sales require valid Premises License or Personal License in the UK and compliance with local licensing laws.

  • Unregistered securities or investment schemes (MiFID II compliance required)
  • Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes
  • Cryptocurrency services without proper registration

  • Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services without proper authorization

Consequences of Violations

Violation of these prohibited product policies may result in:

  1. Immediate account suspension - Your business account may be suspended without prior notice
  2. Permanent account termination - Repeated violations will result in permanent ban from BIEASES
  3. Forfeiture of funds - Any funds related to prohibited transactions may be frozen or forfeited
  4. Legal action - BIEASES may report violations to appropriate law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies
  5. Liability for damages - You may be held liable for any damages resulting from prohibited activities
  6. Financial penalties - Subject to applicable laws and regulations
  7. Criminal prosecution - For serious violations of law

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers on BIEASES Marketplace are responsible for:

  4. Accurate descriptions - Providing truthful and complete product information

Policy Updates

BIEASES reserves the right to update this prohibited products list at any time to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or platform policies. Material changes to this policy will be communicated to all users via:
