Why did my remittance fail?

The occurrence of any of the following situations will affect the remittance:
a. The recipient’s ID information is out of the validity period (such as expired, invalid).
b. The bank account or card information from the recipient has been deactived, freezed, canceled or invalidated.
c. The recipient’s foreign exchange settlement amount for this year has reached the upper limit (for example: the foreign exchange settlement and sales quota of US$50,000 per person per year stipulated by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange of China).
d.The sender’s payment information, personal information, identity certificate, or any other information related with the transaction are incorrect.
