How long does the refund take?

If the refund is for wallet to wallet transfer, you will need to agree with the beneficiary, and the refund will be done by the receiving party. If the refund is for crossborder transfer, it will take from 5 days up to 90 days depending on which step the fund has reached and how our partners respond.
