How can I make an international money transfer to another person or business?

a. If you are not a current BIEASES wallet user, please sign up first, and you can read "How to open a BIEASES wallet account" for more information.

b. Please sign in your BIEASES wallet account and find Cross border option on menu of the web wallet or Send page on the APP.

c. Choose recipient type first, either indiviual or merchant.

d. find the destination country in the country list, currently BIEASESE support limited countries for international money transfer, more countries will be availabe in the next months. Please see the country list form.

e. Choose the bank you want to send. If you see the word "All banks", this means we support all the banks in the destination country, choose this option and click next.

f. Type the amount you want to send, or the amount your recipient need to receive, we will convert the currency for you. Please make sure you have sufficient fund in your wallet to make an international money transfer.

g. before the next step, please check the exchage rate, transaction fees, and total transfer amount. BIEASES exchange rate is a real live rate from our international remittanece partner, BIEASES may add up some small percentage for profit. The transaciton fees is the total cost of our international transfer operatings and third partners like banks, transfer channels, or regulation reviews, BIEASES will add up a small amount.

h. The next step is to fill in the recipient information. Different Recipient's country has different legal requirements for recipient's informtion. But most of them will need recipient's name, Bank account number, Sort Code, IBAN information, legal address, or any other information can help us to identity and verify the accuracy, and make sure your money will arrive fast and safe.

i. After typing in the recipient information, please choose the transaction purpose and keep a note. The note will keep in record and help you easily to remember this transaction in the future.

j. Next, please review all the information on the confirmation page, double check the recipient account information and make sure it is right. Then you can use Confirm button to finish this transfer. NOTE: Please review and check recipient information very carefully, make sure everything is correct before you send!
