Manage your wallet transfer recipient.

You can add a recipient when you start a new transfer on the Transfer page. The recipient option can be found on the My Account page. A new wallet recipient can be added by typing their BIEASES ID or registered email address. If you can not search them, please double-check if the BIEASES ID or Email address is written correctly. If you still can not find the wallet user from the search bar, there are a couple of reasons:

a. Fake BIEASES ID, and please contact our compliance team (bieases@bieases.com) to get more help on ID verification.

b. the Email address you typed in has not been registered in BIEASES wallet, you can invite him/her by using the Invite button at the bottom of Add Recipient.
