PIN Number

a. Why set up a PIN?

BIEASES will ask you to set up a PIN during the onboarding process. You will need this PIN every time there is a transaction or any actions related to security reasons such as changing your credentials. Please note, that BIEASES will never ask your PIN NUMBER in any way like phone calls, voice messages, emails, or text messages. If anyone tries to get your PIN NUMBER, DO NOT SHARE!


b. How to change my PIN?

You can find and change your PIN in the wallet Setting page. Please login to your account, find the Setting button, and choose Security Setting, then you will see the Change PIN option. Once you are on the Change PIN page, please click Send to get a one-time security code from your email (if you can not find the email notification, please check your Spam box), fill in the one-time 6-digit code and click Next, finally you can reset your PIN.
