a. Why do I need a phone number?
BIEASES will ask you to link a phone number during the onboarding process. You will need this phone number to receive a one-time SMS security code to verify the identity check during transactions and any other actions related to security reasons such as changing credentials. The combination of PIN code and SMS security code is how we use 2-factor authentication to protect your account. Please note, that BIEASES will never ask for your SMS Code in any way like phone calls, voice messages, emails, or text messages. If anyone tries to get your SMS Code, DO NOT SHARE!
b. How to change my Phone Number?
You can find and change your Phone number on the wallet setting page, please log in to your account, find the Setting button, and choose Security Setting, then you will see the Change Phone Number option. Once you are on the Change Phone Number page, please click Send to get a one-time security code from your email inbox on file in BIEASES (if you can not find the email notification, please check your Spam box), fill in the one time 6 digit code and click Next, find your country code in the drop-down list (for example, if you are in the United States please choose +1), fill in your new phone number, confirm Send and you will get a one time SMS security code to verify if the number is valid, then fill in the code. After all of these steps, you will see the confirmation page that you successfully reset your phone number.
