a. Is it ok to have a different card delivery address from the address in my details?

When you register with BIEASES, you will need to provide an address to prove that you have a legal residency address, however, when you need to deliver the BIEASES cards, you can have a different one.

b. Can I change my address?

Yes, you can, but it needs to be done by the operations team. If you need to change your address, you will have to email our customer service. We will need to ask you to provide supporting documents to verify your address.
