a. How to add money to my wallet?

  1. Add money through BIEASES: Link outside local bank account to BIEASES, find the Recharge page, put the amount you want to add, and submit, you will start adding your bank account steps, find your bank name in the list or search by typing in bank name manually, after finding the right name, our partner will start to verify your bank account information once you log in your bank account page. All the procedures will take a short time, and you will find your linked account information on the BIEASES Linked Account page for future purposes. You can link up to 10 bank accounts currently. In this way, we will automatically verify your linked bank account information and make a compliance review from our partner (BIEASES partners with Plaid in the United States, United Kingdom, and some EEA countries like the list we give), and the fund normally will be available in seconds after recharging steps.

You also can choose offline adding a money option to recharge your wallet, in the same Recharge page, find and press the Offline Recharge button on the right top, once you are on the offline charge page, you will find your BIEASES virtual bank account information, so you can send a wire, or bank account transfer from your own bank's local branch or online banking platform to add money to your balances. In this way, the fund will be available varies depending on the way you add the fund, like instant SEPA, FastPay, or instant ACH will make the fund available in seconds, but in some cases like normal bank transfer or wire, it could take up to 5 business day based on your bank transfer cutoff time, close time, holidays, weekends, or any other conditions out of BIEASES control.


b. What is the minimum and maximum amount I can add to my wallet?

Minimum - USD1.00
Maximum - USD5000.00


c. Can I add different currency to my wallet?

No, unfortunately, you can not add different currencies in your wallet or BIEASES bank account, like you want to recharge US dollars to your GBP BIEASES wallet. From this moment, BIEASES does not support multi-currency wallets and can not exchange different currencies to your current currency in our wallet system.
